Phil joined the firm in 2006, and predominantly focuses on assisting stakeholders of small and medium size enterprises in a Quasi-FD role.
This can range from overseeing with the production of management information, system changes, cashflow production and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
He also regularly sits in high level board meetings advising on strategy, future investment and general planning.
