James is a Chartered Tax Adviser specialising in trust taxation, estates, and probate. James started his career in tax over 10 years ago and completed the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) qualification in 2018 before qualifying as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2020.
James enjoys helping clients and their families navigate what can sometimes feel like complex and sensitive areas, providing clear and practical advice along the way. James combines technical expertise with a practical, down-to-earth approach, making complex rules easier to understand and giving clients peace of mind. James is currently working towards the STEP qualification, which will further strengthen his ability and support his work with clients on their trusts, estate planning and probate matters.
