Coronavirus: Help for the Self Employed…

The government is expected to finalise details of a funding plan for self-employed workers on 26 March.

Details are to be confirmed but the initial outlook appears encouraging with the draft amendment suggesting that the government will ‘top’ up self-employed workers’ earnings to the lower of 80% of their net monthly profits averaged over the last three years, or £2,500 a month.
