What do you need to offer Sowerby?

You will:

  • Have at least 2 years’ associated experience to give you the skills to excel in the below role
  • Monitor and control the firm’s social media channels including being able to design, create and edit relevant posts for social media, using appropriate language and tone of voice
  • Be responsible for organising the firm’s internal and external networking events, including ordering merchandise, booking locations, creating invitations and monitoring guest lists
  • Track the firm’s internal training schedule, providing staff members options for training courses and ensuring staff are booked on such courses and their diaries updated
  • Monitor the blogs and newsletters created by the firm, ensuring that content ideas are submitted, and final drafts are published on schedule
  • Work with the firm’s I.T. manager to ensure the website is up to date and upgraded as deemed fit
  • Support the firm’s corporate social responsibility policy and identify opportunities to enhance the firm’s reputation in such areas
  • Have analytical skills, pay attention to detail and have the ability to think laterally, meaning you are capable of identifying potential opportunities and providing ideas
  • Show initiative, exercise judgement and take ownership of issues from start to finish
  • Be confident dealing with a wide variety of people in different circumstance
